Indoor S’mores

Roasting marshmallows and making s’mores while sitting around a campfire is a lot of fun!

But what if you can’t have a campfire but you still want this tasty treat?

Here are three (3) ways you can make them indoors!

You’ll need some ingredients…*

-Some miniature graham crackers or regular size graham crackers, broken in 1/2

-milk chocolate bars, the kind that can be broken into squares

-marshmallows

Instructions for microwave s’mores

  1. Place 1 graham cracker half on a paper towel; top with chocolate bar half and marshmallow.

  2. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) power in 10-second intervals until marshmallow puffs and chocolate slightly softens.

  3. Immediately top with the remaining graham cracker half; gently press together.

  4. Serve immediately. Repeat steps 1-3 for each serving.

Instructions for air-fryer s’mores

Place 1 graham cracker half on the bottom of the air fryer basket; top with marshmallow.

  1. Air fry at 390°F for about 5 minutes or until the marshmallow begins to crisp.

  2. Immediately top with the chocolate bar half and the remaining graham cracker half; gently press together.

Instructions for oven s’mores

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Lay 1/2 of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet. Top with chocolate pieces to cover. Use kitchen scissors to snip the marshmallows in 1/2 horizontally if using miniature crackers and place 1/2 a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker. If using regular size crackers use a whole marshmallow.

  3. Bake until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers, pressing down slightly to make a sandwich. Serve immediately, while still warm.
